Thank you for considering Port Bouvard Surf Lifesaving Club for your next function. We welcome a wide range of functions including:

Facilities

Randall’s Room

The main function room is a large open space on the upper level with sweeping ocean and estuary views from both inside the room and outside from the wrap around balcony. The main room allows the flexibility for various configurations. The room has direct access to the bar and adjoining commercial kitchen (still under construction). There are male, female and disabled toilets on the same level. There is stairway and lift access.
Capacity: 200 seated

Training Room

The smaller function room is an open space on the upper level with large windows overlooking the beach and ocean. There are male, female and disabled toilets on the same level. There is stairway and lift access. There is access to the upper balcony.
Capacity: 40 seated at tables / 60 seated lecture style

Hire Fees

Randall’s Room

  • Day room hire $550 – Includes bar manager (if required).
  • Night room hire $750 – Includes bar manager and one bar staff.
  • Wedding and big event hire $1000 – Includes access for set up prior to function.
  • Refundable bond $500.

Training Room

  • Day room hire $350  – Includes bar manager (if required).
  • Night room hire $550 – Includes bar manager and one bar staff.
  • Refundable bond $500.

Regular Classes

  • Exercise, fitness, yoga classes $50 per hour (3 month minimum hire).

Hire Fee Inclusions

  • The dedicated service of your Events Manager.
  • Guest tables and chairs (linen and chair covers at additional cost).
  • Polished silverware, glassware and white crockery.
  • Wine barrel bar tables and bar stools.
  • Use of lounge areas with lounges and coffee tables.
  • Use of bathroom facilities.
  • Lectern.
  • Microphones (hirer to supply extra batteries).
  • Use of the AV equipment.
  • Whiteboard (hirer to supply whiteboard markers and cleaner).
  • Complimentary parking for your guests.
  • Cleaning fee.

Additional bar staff are available at a rate of $20 each per hour.

The full hire fee is due 21 days prior to the event.
